Our new home ~ Wisconsin

We love our new home ~ Wisconsin! Tommy's parents were gracious enough to let us stay in their lakehouse. How blessed are we to wake up to a view of the lake every morning? Taylor loves her new friends in daycare. She's the youngest by six months and is the only brunette...but she probably wouldn't have it any other way....we wouldn't either! Here are some pics of our lake view (the backyard) and some pics from our daily outings.

It's official ~ we're moving to Wisconsin!

Yep, you read that correctly. The Bushman Family is moving to Stevens Point, WI in two weeks! We're feeling a wealth of emotions, but we're very excited to build a life, buy a house and expand our family in the Midwest. We'll keep you all posted on the move. Until then, we'll be busy packing away!

We had quite a shindig for our lovebug's 1st birthday!

The theme: lovebug ~ very fitting for our little girl.

A surprise visit from Nene and Papa

We were graced with a surprise visit from Nene & Papa. Taylor enjoyed spending the day with both Nene and Papa while Tommy and I were at work. From this picture, you can obviously tell that she had tons of fun all day. I took this picture at the end of the night...I walked into the living room and saw Taylor slumped on the couch. She was one TIRED girl!

Taylor's 9 month well check

Taylor weighed in at 19 lbs, 7 ounces (64th percentile). She is 28.5 inches (84th percentile) and her head measured at 45.5 inches (86th percentile). As always, the doctor said she was a healthy little girl.

Taylor visits Santa

Taylor visted Santa at the North Pole (aka, South Coast Plaza). While many of the kids were crying when Santa held them in his lap, Taylor just stared at him. I don't think she cared too much for the old guy with the big belly.
